We are able to deliver these services through
a dedicated staff of our own “in-the-field” carpenters. Most of the other firms in the area rely exclusively on subcontractors to complete their projects. Employing our own people, together with a reliable group of quality subcontractors, ensures the highest level of craftsmanship and the ability to complete projects on time!

Our office is conveniently located in the Bohicket Marina, between the entrance to Kiawah and Seabrook.

Lehigh Land & Building is a sister company to Lehigh Construction Group, a general contractor based in Western New York. Three notable projects over our 25 year history include:

• Frank Lloyd Wright’s Rowing Boathouse,
   a previously un-built Wright design;

• The restoration of the Roycroft Inn, the    birthplace of the American Arts & Crafts    movement;

• The conversion of a decrepit church into    Righteous Babe Records’ performing arts    center, offices and an art gallery for national    recording artist Ani DiFranco;
